Development and consulting

Knowing where to start is the hardest decision in the project

Not every company needs a new system. Some need to stop doing badly something they already do, and that only becomes clear after looking at the whole operation. We start with the diagnosis.

Digital transformation stays a plan nobody executes

A consultancy gets hired, a two-hundred-page report arrives with a list of recommended tools. A year later nothing has changed, because the report prioritised nothing and nobody was ready for the next step.

What we deliver

  • Process diagnosis

We review how the company works today, where time is lost and where information breaks, without looking for a solution in advance.

  • Prioritised roadmap

What gets solved first, what later, and what is not worth doing. Order matters: solving the wrong thing at the wrong stage costs more than waiting.

  • Technology selection

We evaluate options against business criteria — cost, support, ability to grow — not because something is the newest on the market.

  • Support through execution

We do not hand over a report and disappear. We support the first steps of implementation, which is where nearly every project stalls.

How we work

  1. 01

    Interviews and observation

We speak with the teams doing the work and watch how it is done. Useful information lives where the company operates, not on the org chart.

  2. 02

    Analysis and prioritisation

We order opportunities by impact and effort, so early results show up soon and fund the rest.

  3. 03

    Roadmap and decision

We hand you the recommended route with its cost, timeline and risks, so you decide with complete information.

  4. 04

    Execution and follow-up

If you decide to go ahead, we start with the prioritised steps and measure the result before moving on.

What you get

  • A clear, prioritised route rather than an unordered list of ideas.
  • Your own criteria to evaluate any proposal you receive from other vendors.
  • Early measurable results instead of a report nobody applies.

Frequently asked questions

What they usually ask before we start

Is consulting an expense or an investment?

It depends on what is left afterwards. If it ends in a report nobody applies, it was an expense. If it defines what to solve first and stops you investing in the wrong system, it is the cheapest investment in the project. In the first meeting we tell you honestly whether it makes sense to continue.

Do you work with small companies?

Yes, and the scope adapts. A small company does not need a multinational transformation roadmap. We define a scope proportional to the size and stage of the company, with a concrete and useful deliverable.

What if I have already consulted someone else?

That is fine, it is an advantage. We review the previous diagnosis with a critical eye, tell you which parts hold up and which are probably wrong, and avoid you paying twice for the same thing.
