What they usually ask before we start
How much does custom development cost?
It depends on scope, which is why the first conversation is about scope, not price. We define what the system must do, on what timeline and with what priority, then give you a fixed estimate before starting. Without that clarity, any number is a guess.
What if I am not sure what I need?
It is the most common situation and it is not a problem. The first phase is understanding your process and your problems, and the definition comes out of that. Many clients arrive asking for software and discover they needed something else, and we find that out before building.
Is the code mine?
Yes. The code, the database and the infrastructure are in your name. You do not depend on us to keep growing, and if you ever want to change team or provider, you can.
